Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using www.LeaseExit.ca (“the Website”), operated by LeaseExit Inc. (“LeaseExit”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Your access to and use of our Website and services are conditioned upon your acceptance and compliance with these Terms.

By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Website and services.

1. Service Description

LeaseExit Inc. provides commercial lease negotiation services to help businesses terminate or exit commercial leases legally and efficiently. Our service includes:

  • Reviewing your lease documentation

  • Developing a customized exit strategy

  • Conducting negotiations with landlords or leasing entities

  • Providing required legal documents and paperwork (non-legal advice)

  • Offering full concierge support throughout the lease-exit process

LeaseExit is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation, legal advice, or brokerage services. Our services are consulting-based.

2. Eligibility

To engage LeaseExit’s services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be authorized to act on behalf of your business or entity

  • Provide accurate, complete information about your lease and circumstances

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion, without obligation or liability.

3. Service Fee and Payment Terms

LeaseExit charges a transparent, one-time flat fee of $7,500 CAD per case unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment options include:

  • Full payment upfront, or

  • A 50/50 split-payment arrangement (half upfront, half upon completion)

No work begins until the initial payment or agreed-upon deposit is received. Payment is accepted via bank transfer, Stripe, or other methods as mutually agreed.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the specialized and consultative nature of our services, the $7,500 service fee is non-refundable once work has commenced, except in circumstances outlined below:

  • If LeaseExit is unable to secure your lease exit after attempting negotiations with your landlord, you will receive a full refund of your service fee minus a $500 processing fee.

  • The processing fee covers administrative costs, third-party payment processing fees, and related operational expenses.

You acknowledge that LeaseExit dedicates substantial time, resources, and expertise once engaged, regardless of outcome.

5. User Responsibilities

By using LeaseExit services, you agree to:

  • Provide timely, accurate, and truthful information about your lease and financial circumstances

  • Respond promptly to our requests for documentation or information

  • Cooperate fully with our team to ensure efficient negotiations

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delayed outcomes or cancellation of your case without a refund.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees

LeaseExit provides negotiation and administrative consulting services; we do not guarantee:

  • A specific lease termination outcome

  • Approval from your landlord or leasing company

  • A guaranteed timeline for your lease termination

We provide no warranties or representations beyond our commitment to good faith negotiation and consulting efforts.

7. Limitation of Liability

LeaseExit Inc., including its officers, directors, contractors, affiliates, and agents, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use our Website or services

  • Your landlord’s response, decisions, or actions

  • Any financial or business-related decisions made based on our consultation

You agree that LeaseExit’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to LeaseExit for the relevant services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by LeaseExit, including but not limited to scripts, documents, trademarks, branding, website content, and service materials, remain our exclusive property. Unauthorized use, distribution, or replication is prohibited without explicit written consent.

9. Confidentiality

LeaseExit maintains strict confidentiality regarding your business and lease information. Your data is stored securely and is only shared internally or with approved partners directly involved in providing your lease-exit solution.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation; failing that, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ontario.

11. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to this page. Continued use of our Website and services following updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
